Hiba Salem is a Research Associate at the University of Cambridge and a VIP.fund Junior Board member. Hiba is passionate about the importance of voice and the well-being of children and youth affected by displacement. Her academic work focuses on education, belonging, and social cohesion in conflict affected nations, having completed her PhD at Cambridge in 2019 examining the educational experiences of Syrian refugees in Jordan.
