Femi is a researcher, evaluation consultant, and policy analyst whose work contributes broadly to advancing evidence for peace, security, and development initiatives in Africa. He has been involved in program evaluation, knowledge production, and evidence-based policy engagement on projects focused on youth development in collaboration with development partners with footprints across the continent.
His thematic area of work extends beyond youth-focused work to include Social Protection, Social Innovation, Job Creation in Agriculture and Agro-processing, Labour Market and Skills Gap Analysis, New forms of Social and Political Action, and Urban Governance.
Femi holds a Master’s degree in Security, Leadership, and Society from the prestigious King's College London, a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Lagos, and a BSc in International Relations from Covenant University. He is a fellow at the African Leadership Centre (ALC) Nairobi/UK, a fellow at the International Peace Institute (IPI) New York, and a member of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA).
