Samar Al Mallah and Mohammad Yousuf are the owners of Karadish kitchen and restaurant in Istanbul. They moved to Turkey 6 years ago because of the war in Syria. When they settled in Istanbul, they started several projects, however it was not up to the standard they hoped for. Only two years ago they started a home catering business and it was met with great success because of the honesty, mastery and love with which they offer their special meals to their valued customers. They began to develop Karadish Kitchen through several specialized courses in the art of cooking and presentation with the study of management and marketing and what the Turkish market requires, which led to the development and expansion of the idea by opening an industrial kitchen while preserving the character of home cooking and the female touch with our design and supervision.
