Riwaq Beirut Café is a small and warm space in the heart of Beirut that embraces everyone. It hosts a range of cultural and artistic activities as well as being a meeting place for community actors. When the Beirut explosion occurred, Riwaq immediately answered the food needs for those affected by the explosion and prepared meals in coordination with a group of relief institutions. Despite the impact of the explosion on the space of Riwaq, donations were collected to restore the hallway by a group of beneficiaries and friends.
