Zina Abboud is the founder of Zina’s kitchen. She’s a Syrian cook who fled Syria but found home in her kitchen. She organized numerous events in the Packhouse , Princess Margreet awards in Paradiso, THNK school, pllek, Prince Clause funds in December 2016, and national Holocaust Museum event Aevent in troppen museum and so many weddings parties. She was presented in the Unique oriental culture as a chef for a project at the Gementee museum in Den Haag. In 2018, Zina published her first cooking book (mijn Syrische keuken ) 65 recipes and 65 beautiful stories about each recipe in the Dutch. Also in 2019 Zina’s kitchen was nominated as Zaken wonders by Viva 400.
